A happy audience
Unemployment has increased since the onset of the global economic crisis. Nevertheless, some companies continue to open job vacancies for those who qualify. One of the main factors that become motivation in the world of work is because the factor of human need for goods and services is increasing. That is why motivation in the world of work today tends to improve living standards to become better by making as much money as they want so as to meet the needs of goods and services.

That's just a short speech from me, hopefully can be a source of new insight for the audience all. And I apologize if there are wrong words when I deliver my speech.
