In my honest opinion women should not work
because men are responsible to take care of the house and family finances
and woman should be taking care of the house and the family , especially taking care of their children.
since alot of parents nowaday let their maid taking care of the house and their children instead of themselves, while the children keep getting more comfortable around their housekeeper than their own parents.

In my opinion, the woman should not work because women better stay at home to take care of children and serve her husband.

But on the other hand I also think that women should work if husband's opinion is not sufficient in order to help the family economy by upholding human rights not to distinguish The role of men and women in the world of work.
